  • Caving
    Caving/Abseil: A spectacular guided single-pitch descent (over 200m) into a giant sinkhole. The main chamber is vast and open, allowing for a comfortable exploration without fear of tight spaces.
  • Location
    Location: Salmah Plateau. Located in a high-altitude area, easily accessed from the interior of Oman. This area is famous for its vertical cave systems
  • Season
    Crucial Safety Check: Trips are only possible during the dry season. We must check for no heavy rainfall in the preceding weeks to avoid flash flood risk in the wadi and cave system.
  • Equipment
    Equipment Provided: We supply all certified caving and abseil gear, including ropes, harnesses, helmets, and headlamps. You only need closed-toe shoes and confidence!
  • Duration
    Duration: Half-Day Adventure (Approx. 6-8 Hours). This includes the road to the cave, full safety briefings, the single deep descent, time for photos inside, and the ascent.
