TRIP DETAILS
  • Caving
    A guided walk and scramble through the massive, beautiful main chambers. See millions of years of geological formation up close. No ropes or technical gear required.
  • Hike
    The Approach Hike: A short, manageable hike from the drop-off point to the cave entrance. The terrain is rocky, but the effort is minimal compared to the reward of the cave entrance.
  • Location
    Location: Near Sur / North Hajar Mountains. Easily combined with other interior Oman trips. Located in a wild, scenic wadi system.
    Requires 4WD to reach a start point
  • Season
    Crucial Safety Check: Trips are only possible during the dry season. We must check for no heavy rainfall in the preceding weeks to avoid flash flood risk in the wadi and cave system.
  • Equipment
    Equipment Provided: We provide headlamps and any essential safety items (harnesses, personal anchor system).
    Please wear sturdy, close-toed shoes that you don't mind getting muddy
  • Duration
    Duration: Full-Day Adventure (Approx. 8 hours). This includes the hike to the cave, exploration time inside, and the return trip.
